Plant Tour at Calmac Manufacturing Co. During NY Energy Week

The MIT Club of NY Energy Professionals invite you to a tour of the energy storage facility of Calmac Manufacturing Corp. Calmac is the largest manufacturer of thermal energy storage equipment in the world with over 3700 installations in 35 countries. We will tour Calmac’s 80,000 sq-ft facility and then CEO Mark MacCracken will host a lunch presentation and Q&A. Calmac was founded by Mr. MacCracken’s father the late Calvin MacCracken MIT ‘41.

Calmac is located in Fair Lawn, NJ, and a private coach is available to transport registrants to and from a midtown west location. The drive is about 45 minutes. The departure is at 10:30am and the return will arrive by 2:30pm. The precise pick up and drop off location has yet to be determined.

1 hour plant tour followed by 1hr Q&A and lunch with CEO Mark MacCracken.

Event Cost -
Current 2012-13 Club of NY Member: $25
Alumni Non-Member: $75 = $25 event + $50 for a 2013-14 Regular Membership
MIT Alum Non-Member: $30
Non MIT Alumni Guests: $30

Attendance limited to 31 registrants.
